A small amount of shrinkage may occur in the first couple of washes, but the clothes are made slightly bigger to accommodate this. Air dry, and re-shape while damp if necessary.
To help all your clothes last longer, always air dry rather than tumble dry.
To reduce calcium build-up which can contribute to a hardening of your clothing, add a little vinegar to your rinse cycle.

"These are the best! My daughter has worn these in different sizes since I found them from the time she was 2 years old. She is 5.5 now, and although has many other tops in her wardrobe, she only ever wants to wear these under her sleeveless dresses for winter. They are so soft and yet hold up to weekly washing really well. I have just purchased five more so, as I only had two in her current size, so I don’t have to hear her upset for five days of the week when we don’t have these clean. I am so sad they are being discontinued! They are a wardrobe stable for us! Will slowly be getting more in bigger sizes. Cambridge Baby, I believe there is at least one other brand who makes them exactly the same. It might be worth looking into it so you can continue to have them on your site."
