I love your customer service. In some email exchange about a new order I mentioned that some tights I previously bought from them (that my son wore for about 12 to 18 months) broke. They offered to change them. I did not take them on that offer, knowing how and how often the tights were used to the breaking point, but I sure did appreciate them offering to replace them. ..
