Natural Gall-Soap Stain Removing Bar

"My comment is about the long delivery time and not the soap. I ordered the soup Mid April and it was finally delivered mid June. When I ordered the soap your website showed it was out of stock but would follow within 3 days. Your order confirmation increased this to 1 month. Infact, my delivery took nearly 2 months! I understand that products from EU may now take a lot longer but you really need to inform your customers of any delays."

We're sorry for the long delay.

Our order was placed with the manufacturer at the beginning of April. Historically, delivery would then follow within a couple of weeks. This year the stock did not arrive until mid-June. Unfortunately, this is now sometimes the reality of moving freight between the EU and the UK. Even so, the length of delay on this occasion did surprise us.

We acknowledge that an update during that period would have been appreciated.

"I was gifted this for my birthday by a lass I was friendly with in order to get out some stubborn stains. It was a great gift - she got one for herself too. My soap bar worked really well but I never asked on her end how her soap bar fared because I promptly ended things with her a week later.... even though we were more than perfect for each other. "It's a small piece of soap but lasts quite long. I was able to remove with it very stubborn stains I couldn't remove before. Worked well on blood, red fruit stains, grass and mud, baby poop and a lots of other things. On very stubborn stains I just rubbed it in and left it overnight to work then in the next morning I put the clothes in the washing machine and everything came out spotless. Definitely recommend"

"When I first used this I couldn't believe how effective it is. We've used it throughout when baby-poo explosions have escaped the nappy onto the outers or other clothing. Also for general stains. Super common when we lived in Germany, but I'd never heard of it in the UK. I swear by it now."
