"My comment is about the long delivery time and not the soap. I ordered the soup Mid April and it was finally delivered mid June. When I ordered the soap your website showed it was out of stock but would follow within 3 days. Your order confirmation increased this to 1 month. Infact, my delivery took nearly 2 months! I understand that products from EU may now take a lot longer but you really need to inform your customers of any delays."
I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry for the long delay.
Our order was placed with the manufacturer at the beginning of April. Historically, delivery would then follow within a couple of weeks. This year the stock did not arrive until mid-June. Unfortunately, this is now sometimes the reality of moving freight between the EU and the UK. Even so, the length of delay on this occasion did surprise us.
We acknowledge that an update during that period would have been appreciated.
