I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.

"Have been wearing this vest (except for a couple of months in the summer) off and on for a year now, and it is wearing well and just as comfortable as when I bought it. I washed it at 20-30 degrees in my regular load of blacks, no special care required. It confirms my mantra - it's worth it to pay for quality."
