"This merino top is so lovely - as a base layer it regulates temperature, keeping my daughter warm outside but not overheated when back in the warm nursery. She absolutely loves it, it goes with everything, it is very soft next to skin. We often double it up with a cotton top over or under. Even works as pyjamas. She's been wearing it for a year and it looks as good as new. I used a good quality wool wash and just popped it in the machine on woollens setting. Olive oil soap got out any stains. You hardly need to wash it because merino seems to repel the dirt!"

"Having grown up with this type of slipper in a house without underfloor heating, we bought these for our children to prevent them from slipping on the slippery wooden floor, and they love them! However: because they keep sitting on there shins and stretch the shoe too much they tend to break at the seams very quickly and it's really hard to repair them (sewing through the hard rubber ssoles is possible but very hard work and not feasible at the rate they break). So, reluctantly, we have now switched to woolly anti-slip socks."

"Love the colour and feel, warm, supple and very comfortable. I think they wear out faster (in two years) than the wool and silk ones, perhaps the silk has a preservative effect? But I still love them, and am now ordering some more."
