"I bought this in several glorious colours and each once was very well made, not at all scratchy and a lightweight but warm layer. They are certainly lightyears away from the white vests I wore as a child! I am 5'3" and the length is mid hip and just ever so slightly long for my arms, but the fabric is so soft that I can ease it up a tad. On lower-cut garments, the vest is so pretty, I don't mind it being on show."

"I had this hat for a year, mostly for working outside in all weathers. The knit is very soft and warm, withstanding even a harsh sea wind. The size 3 is listed as being for "up to small adult" but I found it fine (even a bit generous) for a regular woman's head. In a rush recently though, I sadly forgot that it couldn't be washed in a machine at 30° and felted it :-( Sigh. Dear Santa..."
