Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemical fertilisers and is healthier for the environment. The reduced processing of the cotton also results in a longer-staple, higher quality cotton that is softer on your skin.
Included in the organic certification are standards that ensure the welfare of those involved in the farming and production of the clothing, so that you can be assured that nobody has been exploited along the way.
You will feel the difference in quality when you touch organic cotton - it's something that gives us pleasure to handle here at Cambridge Baby, and you know that it's safe for your baby and gentle and nurturing for your family.
A small amount of shrinkage may occur in the first couple of washes, but the clothes are made slightly bigger to accommodate this. Air dry, and re-shape while damp if necessary.
To help all your clothes last longer, always air dry rather than tumble dry.
To reduce calcium build-up which can contribute to a hardening of your clothing, add a little vinegar to your rinse cycle.
"Well designed baby bodysuit, soft to the touch and good quality stitching. Perfect to keep my baby girl from scratching at night."
This was washed... washed fine
This was worn by... 8 month old girl
Sizing: Feels true to size
I'd recommend this to a friend.
"Lovely material used . It comes up really small , definitely order the size up ! . It looks smart but generally found the cross over buttons a little tricky . The built in scratch mitts are BADLY designed and are impossible to fold over with any room for babies fingers ."

I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.
"Hello Heidi, Thank you for the honest and helpful review. My little one has been wearing these and I agree with most of what you say. Definitely size up. My girl is very average in weight and length (50th percentile for each). From a couple of weeks old she started wearing them. They were never particularly roomy and she has almost outgrown the first size in under 2 months. The poppers can be fiddly and figuring out where they match up with a wriggly screaming baby can be a tad frustrating. I do like the wrap style though because it means you don't have to navigate a head through a neck hole. The folder over mitts are not ideal. I like that they stop scratches and keep her hands warm, but I feel bad that her hands have to be in a fist for them to fit. She doesn't seem to mind though. Many thanks, Sam Cambridge Baby Team"
