A small amount of shrinkage may occur in the first couple of washes, but the clothes are made slightly bigger to accommodate this. Air dry, and re-shape while damp if necessary.
To help all your clothes last longer, always air dry rather than tumble dry.
To reduce calcium build-up which can contribute to a hardening of your clothing, add a little vinegar to your rinse cycle.

"These are great as they are made of very soft fabric and last a long time and wash well. They are also made in Germany. However the leg elastic isn't quite strong enough and they tend to get loose quite fast. Very reasonably priced though."
