"Great as a base layer. My son never wants to take it off. Bought 3-4 for tall just-turned-three year old. Quite generous length so should fit for a while, but still manages to be close fitting enough for warmth."

"Bought this for a very active toddler. Excellent quality, keeps her warm, washes well, and is extremely durable. It is pricier than normal but it is worth every penny! It keeps its shape and does not bobble, even after very active wear. I do recommend washing less often (you don't need to wash it as often anyway) and washing it by hand with wool detergent. I have it in the cream as well. Engel is one of my go to brands, I love it's simplicity and quality!"

"My son has worn this vest in increasing sizes since he was 1, now he’s almost 8. They simply are amazing. Beautifully soft fabric, warm but not thick and regulate temperature wonderfully. Our younger child has reworn all the old vests and they are still perfect after 2 children have worn them. My children wear these vests every day from Autumn to Spring (apart from in coldest winter when they swap to wearing the Engel wool silk polo neck as a vest layer). I only wash them once at the end of the season as they never look or feel dirty."
