Great delivery, recyclable packaging etc. However I think that although the products are great the website is a bit '1996' in appearance... Given that we can all look flash with Wordpress etc freebies, I think your site doesn't really do justice to your product range. Which reminds me, I really need to do some work on my own website! ..
